4. Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery
- All orders are processed and shipped from our own warehouse. We do not utilize third-party drop shipping.
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers.
5. Subscription Services
Tiny Noms offers a subscription option for customers who wish to receive snacks on a recurring basis at a discounted price.
- Auto-Renewal Feature: By signing up for a subscription, you agree to an initial charge followed by recurring charges as per your selected subscription plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the next billing cycle.
- Payment Authorization: By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Tiny Noms to charge your selected payment method for each recurring billing period. If your payment details change, your payment provider may update them automatically, and we reserve the right to use these updated details for future charges.
- Cancellation and Modifications: You may modify or cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before shipment through your Tiny Noms account. Any modifications or cancellations made after this period will be applied to the next billing cycle.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Once an order has been processed and shipped, payments are non-refundable. Subscription fees already paid for a cycle will not be prorated upon cancellation.
- Reactivation: If you cancel your subscription, you may re-subscribe at any time, subject to Tiny Noms’ approval. We reserve the right to decline re-subscriptions in cases of prior payment disputes or term violations.
6. Promotions
- Promotions may include discounts on subscriptions or specific products.
- To be eligible for a promotion, you must be a U.S. resident with a valid mailing address (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses).
- Only one promotion can be redeemed per account, and promotions cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
- Tiny Noms reserves the right to void any promotion or disqualify users found attempting to abuse the promotional system by creating multiple accounts or using fraudulent methods.
7. Refunds and Returns
Tiny Noms stands by its commitment to quality. If we make an error in fulfilling your order, such as sending the wrong product, we will issue an immediate refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
We do not accept returns for food products due to health and safety reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tinynoms.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

The Tiny Noms mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Tiny Noms (“Tiny Noms”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Tiny Noms’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Tiny Noms through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Tiny Noms. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18664507202 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Tiny Noms mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
