Tiny Noms utilizes UPS and USPS for order deliveries.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email provided during checkout.
Delivery Timeframe
After shipment, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.
Perishable Items
Products requiring refrigeration or freezing are shipped with appropriate packaging (e.g., ice packs or dry ice) and sent via expedited shipping to ensure freshness upon arrival.
Shipping Delays Disclaimer
Tiny Noms is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Tiny Noms.
Risk of Loss
All products purchased from Tiny Noms are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Branded Packaging
Tiny Noms ships in branded boxes to make snack time feel extra special. However, due to unforeseen manufacturing delays, we may occasionally ship your order in a plain box. The snacks inside are still just as delightful—we promise.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
Due to food safety regulations, Tiny Noms cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products.
Refunds
If an order qualifies for a refund, it will be credited back to the original payment method used:

Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days.

Gift Cards: Amounts paid with a gift card will be refunded to a new gift card sent via email.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Damaged Orders
Please take photos of any damaged items and packaging, then email them to Info@tinynoms.com. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Missing Items
Orders with multiple items may ship separately. If you're still missing something after 7 business days, email us at Info@tinynoms.com with your order number and missing item details.
Incorrect Items
Received the wrong product? Contact Info@tinynoms.com and we’ll make it right.
Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:
